Lazy Blogger = ME

I haven't blogged for probably 4 months because taking on a national role in a new industry certainly has been taxing.  I know this may sound odd coming from someone who now works in the fashion decor industry but I am really missing the hardware industry.  I have no interest in hardware per say but I miss all the people I got to know over the years I was in it.  Starting from scratch in a new industry isn't an easy thing.

I must mention.... How good are the mighty Blue Baggers going!?  It was such an awesome feeling smashing Essendon last week.  Essendon = SHIT TRUCKS! haha  It's really nice seeing the Blues have some success after struggling for so many years.  Hopefully we go far in the finals and if we don't my next wish is for Colligwood to get beaten by 1 point in the Grand Final and Chris Judd to win the Brownlow ahead of a Collingwood player. *evil grin*

And well done to Juddy and Bec on having a baby boy.  I look forward to seeing him drafted to Carlton in 2029. :)

Another team going great are my under 12/4 Raider Girls.  We made Vic Metro League 1, which is the 2nd highest level of basketball you can play in Victoria.  We face teams every week who are usually older and stronger (1 & 2 sides).  And we never give up and can even challenge some of the top sides.  For instance last night we played Southern Peninsula Sharks in Rosebud and only lost by 12 and they are 2nd on the ladder.  We have come so far as a group and I'm a very proud coach! GO KNOX! :)

Ummm.... what else has been happening.  Oh yeh - I have a new obsession!  I cant stop eating Burger Rings.  I eat them almost daily haha.  So so bad but so so YUMMY!  So much for my healthy diet!  My excuse is winter... cause it is so cold and depressing I feel the need to eat yummy comfort food.

I'm also totally obsessed with "Words With Friends".  I am the Scrabble Master!  If you want to take me on, my username is: Bianca2209

OK I think that will do now for this very disjointed blog... but I'm back on the horse now so stay tuned for some very interesting bloggerling.

Cleaning Out My Closet

Currently my closet is about to explode!  I've made a commitment to myself that I will hold off on buying any new clothes until I clean the bloody thing out.

I have gone through all my jeans and I have over 50 pairs - that is insane!  It's really hard to part with some because the all have memories.  One of my absolute favorites are these Bardot ones with diamante Bardot symbol on back pocket:

I have a JOB... Time to SPEND!

Hi all

Been a very long time in between blogs.  I'm sure you have missed me terribly! ha ha

Been meaning to annonce via the BloggerliciousB Blog for a while that...

I GOT A NEW JOB! woohoo.

Not only did I get a new job I got my DREAM job!  For nearly 10 years I was working in sales within the hardware industry.  Great people but I wasn't very into the products because I dont build things on the weekend or get out in the garden....EWW.  I'm now the National Field Sales Manager for a group of 6 Reps and 6 Agents at a company that supplies Homewares and Kitchen products into stores like DJ's, Myer, Freedom, Big W... the list goes on :)  This of course suits me better because I love decorating the house!

Now that's just 1/2 of the excitingness (new word) of this Blog...

New Job = Cashed Up & Time To Spend

I was going to smash out a shopping spree at Chaddy (yes I did say smash out) but I had such a big week of travelling for work (Brisbane & Sydney), so I'm stuffed.  Actually before I go on... What is the deal with everyone saying they're smashing things? Eg: Just smashed down a burger, Just smashed a gym session. haha.  Ok back to shopping.  So instead of going out I thought whats better then that..... ONLINE!  Some of my favourite online shopping spots are:

Today it was Sass & Bide doing the damage to my account.  Lucky for me thought they are having a sale and I was able to snap up some bargains.....

The Good Life pants - $140 :)

The Good News dress - $90  = BARGAIN!

It's been a couple of months of no shopping so I feel pretty good after my little spree :)

Shoe Fetish

I have an obsession with shoe's - I own about 150-200 pairs!

I very rarely throw them out because I always think that I may need them 1 day.  It turns out that was a very smart decision....

About 2 months ago a close friend of mine was telling us girls about her "Shoe Guy".  A guy on Facebook contacted her about buying her old, well worn heels.  So she thought, why not I dont wear them so I might as well get money for them, better then throwing them out. When she was telling that story she had already made $500 by selling 5 pairs. Everyone thought it was a great way of making cash. Me on the other hand I thought it was a funny story but never considered it to be something I would do.

I am the prude of the group! So much so my friends call my Charlotte off Sex In The City.

To my surprise on Saturday I got a friend request on Facebook from the "Shoe Guy" and of all people he has chosen me, the prude! LOL. I was initially going to ignore it because I was a little freaked out by it but in the end I thought there is no harm and messaging him "Do I know you". He replied with a detailed messaged about how he likes to buy well worn ladies shoes and that he pays well for them. So obviously my next question was - HOW MUCH? haha. Once I found out it was a cool $100 cash I thought well maybe I can look into this a little deeper. He was very keen for boots, so I went upstairs and started photographing boots that I don't wear anymore...

He chose the longer pair and gave me the details on where to drop them off and where the cash would be. Here's photos on how the drop off went today >
